How is white chocolate made?
White chocolate is made from the butter of the cacao bean. White chocolate should only be made from cacao butter, milk powder and sugar. Sometimes vanilla is added for flavoring.
Our 42% white chocolate:
We use 100% cold pressed cacao butter from our specially selected cacao beans from Vietnam, we set out make the most luxurious pure white chocolate. We use only natural cacao butter in every chocolate bar along with New Zealand milk powder, sugar and real vanilla. No other additives are added.
Rich, creamy, velvety with tasting notes consisting of honey, vanilla, peach, butter, milk, floral and a hint of hazel nut. This is how real white chocolate should be!
